Marshmallow Paintbrushes

We are asked all the time how to make these awesome little treats. Enjoy a sneak peek into Lemonberry Moon's Construction themed party plan available here at the recipe!

Marshmallow Paintbrushes

You will need:

Popsicle Sticks
Candy melts (These are available in many colors at your local grocery, craft or cake decorating shop)
Marshmallows - I found flat ones at my local grocery store! If you can't find the flat ones you can use regular sized marshmallows or make your own marshmallows (Yum!) and cut into rectangles.

Directions:

Melt candy melts according to package directions. (Generally in 30-second increments in the microwave, stirring in-between. Do not overheat.)
Place a popsicle stick in each marshmallow
Dip marshmallow half to 3/4 of the way into the melted candy. Let excess drip off and lay on parchment paper to dry.

I displayed these in plastic paint buckets found at the craft store filled with chocolate candies and topped it off with a construction themed buffet label from Forever Your Prints, available here.

  1. I plan on doing this, but with rice crispies instead! Thank you so much for the post!
